Gwylan House - for A Mousehole Holiday

A tour of Gwylan House

Downstairs

The sitting room is comfortably furnished with sofas to sink into and cushioned cane chairs, with pictures of local scenes and contemporary wall art featuring the seagull motif - try and count how many there are!

The convenient kitchen/dining room is across the entrance hall with dining table and six space-saving folding chairs, superbly fitted kitchen with Miele appliances, display unit, and understairs storage.

Steps lead up to a cloakroom with WC, utility room and back door, leading into a "secret passage" - the ideal way to walk to and from the beach.  This entrance is ideal for sandy feet with direct access to the shower in the utility room.

The private garden across the path outside the front door has a lawn area and terrace with patio table and chairs - all with panoramic views over the harbour and out to sea.

  Upstairs

Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the two principal double bedrooms (Note - the stairs are steep and the house is unsuitable for children under the age of 5 years and anyone with mobility difficulties - see the Access statement on the Availability page).   Additional stairs lead up to two further comfortable bedrooms - one with ensuite shower room -  on an upper level, but please note that the house sleeps a maximum of 5 people.

All the bedrooms are furnished for ease and comfort with fitted or hanging wardrobes and chests of drawers.
